Description
This image of a Canada Goose was made on an April morning despite its autumn look. The rising sun lit the trees, grasses and red osier dogwood with a spectacular warm glow. This phenomenon seems only to happen in the early spring. Once the plants have new foliage, the warm sunlit glow is cooled by the leaves' green chlorophyll.
